The scope includes masonry repairs to the WWI shrine and memorial, structural repairs, repointing, paving repairs, sealant replacement, new lighting, masonry cleaning, and refinishing of metal components, as well as removal of an existing dam, repairs to stone channel walls and a stone arch bridge, and stream bank restoration and stabilization. This project consists of, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of the grand staircase top tier. cope includes perimeter waterproofing, encompassing excavation, waterproofing application, and backfill in accordance with project specifications. The north exterior stair and adjacent spaces are to be removed, with new masonry wall infill, foundation waterproofing, and drainage improvements for the storage area.
