United States Holocaust Memorial Museum
The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) is seeking qualified contractors to provide electrical systems maintenance and infrared (thermographic) testing across three facilities (the Main Building, Ross Administrative Center, and the Shapell Collections, Conservation and Research Center). A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 15, 2026 and questions are due July 17, 2026; quotations are due July 30, 2026, and the procurement covers a base year (July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027) plus four one-year options. Work includes preventive maintenance and infrared testing of switchboards, panelboards, transformers, disconnects, motor control centers and chiller starters, must follow NFPA 70B/NEC, requires certified personnel (minimum Level 2 Infrared Thermographer), and will be evaluated on non-price factors more heavily than price.

Provide service trend reports and proactive recommendations based on service health. Manage configuration events. Manage the change management process. Execute patch management to keep systems current on security and functional baselines. Own, track, and communicate with third-party providers to restore service and identify root cause. Align with Museum change management processes for significant upgrades and consult vendors as required. See attached file.
