The Ogden Air Logistics Complex Strategic Plan 2024-2025 outlines the organization's direction to provide war-winning capability and enduring sustainment for national defense. It is structured around four key lines of effort: improving the unit through process enhancement and cost-effective quality products; optimizing mission execution to achieve war-winning readiness; strategically managing resources by leveraging technology and modernization; and recruiting, developing, and retaining a skilled workforce.
