Install carbon monoxide detection system.

The City of Galesburg, Illinois requests sealed proposals to purchase a commercial acoustic water leak detection system. Proposals are due at 11:00 a.m. local time on May 29, 2026, delivered to the Purchasing Agent at City Hall; proposal documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Agent’s office or the city website. This is a competitive procurement and the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.

The City of Brunswick (Glynn County, GA) solicits proposals for an Automated Speed Detection School Zone Safety System to deploy automated speed enforcement (radar/lidar and ALPR technology) at school zones, initially targeting Goodyear Elementary and Brunswick High. The vendor scope includes speed studies, permitting, installation, testing, data review/processing, training, and ongoing maintenance with a web-based citation processing interface. The procurement is a competitive RFP (not a grant) with a short proposal window and is being posted via the Georgia Procurement Registry on behalf of the City of Brunswick.

The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Nevada Office of the Military and the Nevada Department of Adjutant General and National Guard, is soliciting proposals for statewide installation, repair, and maintenance of fire and alarm security systems across Northern, Central, and Southern Nevada. The contract is anticipated to begin September 8, 2026 for an initial term through September 30, 2030 with options to extend, and requires vendors to be registered on the buyer portal and have appropriate Nevada business licensing and SAM.gov registration. Proposals are due June 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM PT; the solicitation page includes the RFP and Scope of Work in the Attachments tab.

Installation and configuration of a new Genetec Security Camera system for each school included in this bid package.

Installation and maintenance of equipment is for intrusion detection systems (IDS), fire dialer communication, closed circuit TV (CCTV) and card access systems.

The project involves the exterior renovation at water infiltration locations into the basement. Renovation consists of new exterior concrete slab sloping away from the building, new flashing inside of brick veneer,and new seals around foundation wall pipe penetrations. In addition, scope includes removing and replacing all pipe insulation. Scope also includes the replacement of the existing chiller and air handler unit that serves the existing basement and existing kitchen.

Fire alarm system.

Provide annual preventative maintenance, inspection, testing and certification of the fire alarm systems.

Fire alarm system complete demolition and replacement including all components, boxes, raceway, wire, cable and programming. Components shall include main control panel, power supplies, annunciator, as well as all pull stations, detectors, strobes, horn/strobes, relays, modules and supporting services

Provide fire alarm system upgrades.

The proposed work on this project consists of repairing by replacement or refurbishment of the fire alarm and mass notification system of hangar 421.

Perform preventive maintenance services, regular maintenance, and emergency service and repairs of the fire alarm system.

The New York State Police seeks a scalable, distributed data management and analytics platform for drone detection and situational awareness to enhance monitoring and response capabilities. The resulting contract is planned for a ten-year period of performance and requires compliance with NYS cybersecurity and FBI CJIS standards, with data residency in the continental United States. The procurement is soliciting bids for a counter-UAS detection platform and has an estimated value range of $5,000,000 to $25,000,000.

The Department of the Army National Guard seeks repair and refurbishment of the fire alarm and mass notification systems in hangars 407 and 421 at McLaughlin Air National Guard Base, Charleston, WV. This is a Total Small Business set-aside with an estimated value between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and a 90-day performance period. Bids are due June 16, 2026, and the project includes Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements and site visit registration through the contracting office.

Supply and installation of fire alarm system.

The Government requires SME support to assist with pre-award planning, solicitation development, technical evaluation support, post-award design review, installation quality oversight, testing and acceptance support, accreditation readiness, and sustainment transition. The IDS/ACS effort is for a SCIF at NBSFS and must support physical security, cybersecurity, SCIF accreditation, SSO review, ATO/ATC support, AO review, UL 2050 certification, NIST 128-bit encryption certification, training, testing, and sustainment requirements. The U.S. Virgin Islands Police Department seeks proposals to provide, install, configure, and maintain an Automated Speed Detection and Red-Light Violation System across St. Croix, St. Thomas, and St. John. The project includes radar/laser detection, high-definition cameras, and secure evidence management systems designed for tropical weather conditions. Proposers must meet specific licensing and insurance requirements and participate in a phased rollout based on crash data.
