This procurement is for a services contract with an estimated value range between $50,000 and $350,000.

Professional services of providing background check screening.

Drug Screening Services from a qualified firm who provides on-site Department of Transportation (DOT) and Non – Department of Transportation (Non-DOT) alcohol and drug collection and testing services for County.

The Contractor(s) shall assist FMCSA with aspects of the PSP and meet the performance standards in providing these services as described below. Task 1: Provide driver-related MCMIS safety and inspection data to motor carriers and industry service providers requesting the screening service or to the requesting operator- applicant (for their particular data). Task 2: Release data only with the attestation that the motor carrier or industry service provider has obtained the operator-applicant’s written consent or consent provided through FMCSA approved electronic means. Audit the written consent attestation in accordance with Task 7. Task 3: Maintenance, handling, storage, and distribution of FMCSA MCMIS data must conform to applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies. See attached file.

The Newborn Screening Unit, a department within the DSHS Community Health Improvement Division and Maternal and Child Health Section, will provide funding to one or more universities to recruit and establish up to three paid practicums. The practicums are available to medical students (referred to as “participants”) to inspire work in the field specialty of medical genetics and its importance in public health.

Pre-admission screening and resident review.

The South Carolina Department of Public Health solicits proposals for statewide courier services to transport newborn screening specimens, ensuring timely, secure collection, temperature/biohazard handling, and tracking. The solicitation requests door-to-door pickup and delivery from hospitals, clinics, and birth centers to designated laboratories across South Carolina and requires compliance with HIPAA and CDC guidelines. Proposals are due July 2, 2026, and this is an open procurement for logistics services.

Proposer that is interested, available, and competent to administer the City's drug and alcohol testing program (e.g., post-offer, reasonable suspicion, return to duty, follow-up and random testing) in compliance with the City of Jacksonville's Drug-Free Workplace Policy and regulated drug and alcohol abuse testing as required by the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act. The program covers the employees of the City.
