The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District intends to award a single firm‑fixed‑price Design‑Bid‑Build contract to construct a new Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower, including foundation, steel framing, masonry, metal roof, fire detection and suppression, HVAC, electrical and telecommunications, backup generation, elevator, associated utilities/site work, and demolition of the existing tower. The notice estimates the project magnitude at between $20,000,000 and $40,000,000, with an estimated performance period of 730 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, and specifies bid and payment bond requirements. This posting is currently a presolicitation (solicitation expected on or about 2026-07-15); the formal solicitation and any attachments will be posted on the buyer’s site (SAM/PIEE) and the listing’s inactive/archive date is 2027-06-24.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Louisville District is soliciting proposals for the construction of an approximately 26,839 SF Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The project is a Design-Bid-Build construction effort and was funded with $45 million in federal funds for the new tower at Campbell Army Airfield. The solicitation (Notice ID W912QR26RA060) was issued on July 15, 2026, with proposals due by August 18, 2026.

The desired TACOS solution must deliver an integrated, scalable suite of capabilities as a survivable, expeditionary, and interoperable C2 platform providing reliable ATC services in support of Agile Combat Employment (ACE). The system shall provide, at minimum, the following capabilities: Expeditionary, Modular, and Mobile Design: The TACOS architecture shall be non-proprietary and adhere to a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) governed by a Government-owned system architecture, enabling rapid integration of third-party hardware and software while remaining sensor-agnostic across current and future data sources. Open, consensus-based standards shall govern the large majority of Government-defined Key Interfaces so that hardware and software can be decoupled, and cloud-ready software containers shall allow individual capability modules (including Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning (AI/ML) decision aids) to be upgraded, replaced, or added without disturbing the rest of the system. The solution shall be lightweight, compact, and ruggedized for sustained operation in austere, expeditionary environments, and rapidly deployable and reconfigurable to satisfy the personnel, setup-time, and logistical-footprint demands of each operational configuration. The City of Fort Worth (Ref. 26-0260) is soliciting bids for the FWS Air Traffic Control Tower Generator Replacement, an ITB for construction/public works. The procurement page includes plans, specifications, and a bid proposal workbook and schedules a pre-bid conference at Fort Worth Spinks Airport; questions and intent-to-bid deadlines are posted on the buyer portal. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Savannah District is soliciting bids (Solicitation W912HN26BA007, Project Number UHHZ063000) for the construction of a new Air Traffic Control Tower and Base Operations (Base Ops) facility at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. The facility will feature reinforced concrete foundations and footings, brick veneer and insulated metal panel exterior walls, and a structural steel frame tower; functional areas include offices, a simulator room, a control cab, and supporting utility systems including a 750 kW backup generator. Responses to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) must be submitted electronically via the SAM.gov / PIEE Solicitation Module by 11:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time on July 23, 2026.

Provide new sgu air traffic control tower minimum equipment.

Work includes, but is not limited to: a. Design of new slatwall console system for center console. B. Demolition and removal of existing center consoles. C. Fabrication and installation of new center console slatwall, mounts, miscellaneous accessories, and equipment. All consoles are to be secured per the ibc for seismic design (assume i factor 1. 5) d. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Seattle District, on behalf of the 366th Contracting Squadron at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, is conducting a Sources Sought / Market Survey to identify potential construction vendors for the design and construction of a new approximately 13,941 square foot Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). The estimated construction magnitude is between $15 million and $35 million, and the project is anticipated to be solicited as a single firm-fixed-price construction contract. Interested small and large businesses with relevant experience in ATCT design-build or design-bid-build construction are encouraged to submit a capabilities statement by August 4, 2026.

The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Statewide Procurement Division issued a solicitation for the supply of Sign and Traffic Control Supplies under Texas SmartBuy contract category 550-A2 (Traffic Control Devices). The solicitation opens on June 26, 2026 and bids are to be received by July 23, 2026, enabling vendors to supply traffic control devices, signs, sign materials, and related highway safety items to Texas state agencies and participating cooperative entities. The contract supports procurement of traffic signs and traffic control equipment meeting Texas Department of Transportation specifications.
