Sussex County is seeking proposals for comprehensive ambulance billing, collections, and payment processing services for Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance operations.

Provide ems billing and collections.

The Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) has issued this Request for Information to assess options for replacing its current Revenue Cycle Management system and modernizing its revenue cycle environment across all DBHDS facilities. The RFI seeks to gather market data and insights on comprehensive revenue cycle solutions supporting end-to-end processes including patient registration, eligibility verification, claims management, payment posting, accounts receivable management, and reporting, with integration into existing Electronic Health Record systems. Responses are due by June 15, 2026 and are for informational and planning purposes only, with no obligation by the agency to award a contract.

Dawson County Board of Commissioners issued an RFP to procure comprehensive ambulance/EMS billing and revenue-cycle management services, including Medicare/Medicaid compliance, financial reporting, and software integration with the county’s ESO ePCR system. The contract initial term runs through December 31, 2026 with up to four one-year renewals and estimates an award range of $75,000–$350,000. Proposers must provide required insurance, vendor forms (W-9, business license), comply with Georgia immigration/security requirements, and demonstrate certified ambulance coders and compatible billing software.

Third party billing service for municipal ambulance services.

Provide medicare claim management/revenue cycle management (rcm) service.

The City of Lebanon Fire Department is soliciting proposals for the procurement of a new 2027 Type 1-AD ambulance that must comply with KKK-A-1822F standards and NFPA 1917 recommendations. The procurement is a sealed proposal process managed through the City of Lebanon procurement portal where vendors must submit their bids electronically. The solicitation includes a specific timeline for questions due by June 1, 2026, with final proposals due on June 18, 2026.

Provide ground ambulance services.

The Marshall County Board of Supervisors is soliciting proposals from qualified providers to supply emergency ambulance services for Marshall County, Mississippi. Proposals must follow the specifications on file with the County Administrator and may be submitted by mail, hand-delivery to the County Administrator's office in Holly Springs, or electronically via the Central Bidding portal. Proposals are due July 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.; questions and document access are available from the County Administrator's office.

Paramedics & Ambulance Services.

Construct approx. 1,300 SY of pavement repair excavation including haul, 70 LF of storm sewer, five drainage structures, 1,100 SY of concrete sidewalk, one driver feedback sign system, two traffic signal systems, three RRFB systems, and sundry utility adjustments.

Provide a new Type 1 Ambulance. Specifications include - type I shall be a Cab-Chassis with modular ambulance body, increased GVWR, storage, and payload. Chassis will be a Ford F-550 4X4 model year 2026 or newer. Diesel engine. XLT Trim level will be minimum. The cab will have arm rests for the driver and passenger. The front bumper should be an aluminum/steel "heavy duty" bumper with as much of the forward facing surface as possible covered in red and yellow 6" chevrons. All other metal will be diamond-plate. Provide all hazard ambulance services.

Provide ambulance and transport vehicles.

The Massachusetts State Police is soliciting bids for bicycles, bicycle parts, accessories, and repair services, intended to support re-orders, repairs, replacements, and upgrades. The contract includes an initial 24-month term with three 24-month renewal options (up to 8 years total) and an estimated expenditure on the order of $4,100 per year.

The USDA Forest Service posted a Special Notice to announce tentative 2026 updates to VIPR I-BPA specifications and terms, including equipment and service category revisions and new resource categories. The notice is informational and indicates solicitations will be posted to SAM.gov, with interested vendors encouraged to review the full solicitation and direct questions to Regional Contract Operations. Key changes include specification updates for track pads and mechanic trucks, the introduction of new categories like Type 4 Fuel Tenders, and the closure of some categories to new solicitations.

Work includes 95 LF remove & replace pcc curb & gutter; 600 SF construct pcc sidewalk; 5 EA construct curb ramp; 1 EA adjust existing drainage inlet; 3 EA install new drainage inlet; 103 LF install 12-in storm drain pipe; 40 LF install yield line ("shark teeth"); 250 LF install continental crosswalk; 12 SF install shared lane marking ("sharrow"); 600 SF install mma pedestrian curb extension; 13 EA install k-71 flexible post; 105 LF install red curb paint; 1 EA relocate existing sign and post.
