Why now

This document is Amendment Two to the Oracle Cloud Services Agreement US-CSA-CPQ-311783, originally dated May 31, 2017. It modifies the 'TERM AND TERMINATION' section of the original agreement by extending the contract term from five to ten years and adding a clause that allows the buyer, UNC General Administration, to terminate the order for a material breach by Oracle and receive a refund for the unutilized prepaid services. The amendment was signed in May 2022, but its specific effective date is pending.
