The Plan Commission discussed and recommended to the Town Board the approval of a CSM for two parcels. Lot 1, currently 33.98 acres and zoned A2, would be rezoned to RR and reduced to 31.836 acres. Lot 2, currently 40 acres and zoned A2, would remain zoned A2 but be adjusted to 41.282 acres. The adjustment to Lot 1's zoning is necessary to comply with the Town's Zoning regulations, and the angled lot line is designed to allow the owner of Lot 2 access to maintain a ditch.
