This includes installation of new drainage pipe, catch basins and manholes, excavation and removal of the existing pavement and base material down to the subgrade. Installation of new processed aggregate base material, 2 lifts of new hma pavement, fine milling and replacement of 2" of pavement, bituminous curb, pavement markings, repaying driveway aprons, cutting, filling and grading roadside slopes, and installing topsoil and grass seed on all disturbed roadside areas.
