Sole Source: If sale is less than $30,000, don’t pursue; pivot to coops.
Coops: Lead with cooperative purchasing (e.g., TIPS or NH DAS statewide). If available, route via coop and take to the Board for approval. If no coop coverage: Prepare for a competitive bid.
Town of Henniker: Deprioritize sole source. There are no confirmed sole source awards above the $30,000 threshold and the town adheres tightly to competitive bidding. Attempting sole source will likely fail and waste time.
