Sole Source: If sale is less than $20,000, use sole source.
Coops: If sole source isn’t viable, ask to buy via a regional cooperative (e.g., BOCES); loop in the Town Clerk for a simple, compliant piggyback.
Entity: Town of Gorham, NY.
Viability: Highly viable for professional services; the Town has a pattern of non-competitive awards in this category (see NYS Comptroller Report 2024M-7).
