Base Bid #2, which includes improvements on Retreat Road (Phase V) from the stream crossing to Ridge Road, consists of the following bid items: Clearing Site, Construction Layout, HMA Milling; HMA 9.5M64 Surface Course Overlay; Hot Mix Asphalt Driveways; Turf Repair; Bi-Directional Amber RPMs; Mono-Directional White RPMs; Regulatory and Warning Signs; Beam Guide Rail; Guide Rail Tangent Terminal; Nonvegetative HMA; Portable Variable Message Sign; Construction Signs; Fuel Price Adjustment; and Asphalt Price Adjustment.
