The board meeting included discussions and a resolution regarding the preliminary investigation for the determination of an area in need of non-condemnation redevelopment at 2309 Route 206. The board reviewed applications for bulk variances, including one at 59 Cranberry Run and another at 202 Fox Chase Drive, addressing issues such as rear yard setbacks, front yard setbacks, and impervious coverage. Public comments were heard during the discussion about the redevelopment area.

The meeting included a review and approval of the minutes from the previous meeting. The board discussed and memorialized resolution 2025.18 regarding a minor subdivision at 206 Indian Trail, Block 405 Lot 3. The resolution was reviewed by the Board Solicitor.

The Southampton Historic Preservation Commission meeting involved discussions and decisions on several applications. One application sought approval for a home restoration, including the installation of new windows and siding. Another application requested approval for the addition of a solar array to the dwelling's roofs, with approval granted for roof #3 and denial for roofs #1 & #2.

The meeting included discussion of an application for the installation of solar arrays, which was postponed due to lack of representation for the application. Another application for the installation of a vinyl privacy fence was approved. Additionally, Resolution 2025-06 and Resolution 2025-07 were adopted.

The resolution awards a contract for the NJDOT FY 2024 Municipal Aid Project- Reconstruction of Burrs Mill Road Phase I to Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc. The award is based on their bid of $418,800.00, which was determined to be the lowest responsible bid. The Township special project engineer and the Township Solicitor reviewed the bid packages. The Township Committee approved the plans and specifications and authorized the Mayor and Township Clerk to execute the contract.
