The Skokomish Indian Tribe seeks a consultant to work under its Health Director and Deputy Director to secure Care Coordination Agreements and Tribal Federally Qualified Health Center agreements with healthcare providers. The work also includes arranging contracts for treatment, services, and medically or wellness-needed items that are not reimbursable by a third-party payer or otherwise covered. The contract pays $75 per hour for up to 800 hours in Year 1, with performance through September 30, 2027, and up to four additional years possible subject to need, performance, and funding.
