Perform site work and single-family home construction. New homes will be type V-B, wood framed, slab-on-grade construction. Each home will have fire sprinkler coverage and will have fire resistant exterior cladding. Homes will be solar ready to accommodate solar photo voltaic panels and backup battery supply. First phase will be comprised of eight or nine single family homes (a mix of two and one-half bedroom and three bedroom).

The work includes a new Large Onsite Sewage System (LOSS) for the Upper Hoh Highlands including the following: Drainfield comprised of gravel less sand lined trenches, with their ancillary materials, appurtenances, and other details; process piping/valving to the existing sewer forcemain system; and electrical and controls includes 2,402 LF 1.25" PVC schedule 40 drainfield lateral, 639 LF 2" PVC schedule 40, 1 EA 15,000 gallon pre-anoxic tank, 1 EA 30,000 gallon xerxes aeration tank, 1 EA 15,000 gallon xerxes secondary clarifier/pump tank, 125 LF conduit pipe 2" diam.

The work includes a new water system for the Upper Hoh Highlands which will initially serve the initial 14 home sites and the Resiliency Center, including the following: Connection to the existing treated water supply from the existing storage tank, install a 3-way actuator valve and extend piping, conduit and wiring for location of proposed water storage tank. The construction of a new pump house including domestic booster pumps and associated water pipe. Bid Alternates include the addition of one new water storage tank; a fire pump and diesel generator with their ancillary materials, appurtenances, and other details; process piping/valving to the existing water tank, site work and electrical controls. Alternate 1 - add phase A.2, alternate 2 - substitute: manufactured structure for CMU build pump house.
