Work is approx. 140,874 SF and includes: Demolition, structural reinforcement, construct new walls, install doors, glazing and frames, built-in casework, ceiling revisions, sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm revisions, finish work, and coordination with owner furnished and installed equipment (furniture systems, IT cabling, AV systems, security systems, signage, etc.).
