Perform tenant improvements to the existing SPU offices on floors 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, and 50 of Seattle Municipal Tower. Work is approx. 140,874 SF and includes: Demolition, structural reinforcement, construct new walls, install doors, glazing and frames, built-in casework, ceiling revisions, sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm revisions, finish work, and coordination with owner furnished and installed equipment (furniture systems, IT cabling, AV systems, security systems, signage, etc.). Nine bid alternates and allowances listed in plans and specifications. Work will be done in three schedules: Schedule 1 - Floors 46 and 48; Schedule 2 - floors 44 and 45; Schedule 3 - floors 47, 49, and 50.
