The committee held a brainstorming session focused on incorporating wellness values such as rest, hydration, nourishment, mental wellness, and movement into physical education. Key topics included developing new PE games and activities, integrating science concepts with nature walks, utilizing smoothie bikes to promote nutrition, and creating an AI agent to assist teachers with personalized PE planning. Additionally, the committee discussed tracking student wellness factors and providing reusable water bottles, as well as creating student support and event signage.

The meeting included a special student recognition segment, updates from the Superintendent regarding District safety efforts, and the presentation of a Safe and Sound Schools report. The Board approved an outdoor education agreement, a substance-use prevention curriculum partnership, and several revised Board policies and administrative regulations.
