NCWorks Career Center Operations: The primary role is to ensure that services provided through the centers meet the needs of customers (business and job seeker) in an efficient and effective manner. It is critical that one-stop operations are unified with the delivery of WIOA services. In addition, the Operator provides management and oversight of the partnership of agencies that comprises the NCWorks Career Center system. Proposals should be designed to provide the 14 Program Elements (Tutoring/Study Skills, Alternative Secondary School Services, Paid and Unpaid Work Experiences, Career Pathway Services, Occupational Skill Training, Leadership Development, Supportive Services, Adult Mentoring, Follow-up Services, Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling, Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurial Skills, Labor Market Information and Transition Skills) as specified by WIOA Policy.
