Remodel of a 58,00 SF home on Tribal lands into commercial office space. Perform interior renovations and exterior addition to the Tribe Natural Resources’ new office building that occupies an existing one-story single-family residence. The project reconfigures and changes the use of an existing single family residence space to provide office, reception, and storage space. Work includes interior demo, remodeled garage and mud room to conditioned space, new restrooms and minor modifications to building exterior openings. A new public entry porch is also included. Modifications to existing plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and low-voltage systems shall be performed by the contractor on a design/build basis.
