Base Bid: Selectively demolish or pulverize remaining garage foundation and backfill; reserve and set-aside river rock foundation components from only the original front porch for future use in area designated by owner; create new asphalt bus loop and parking area with concrete sidewalks and islands; install stormwater management conveyance (inlet structures and conveyance piping); install stormwater level spreader and dispensing facility in manner that minimizes disturbance (restore with native grasses); install asphalt ADA parking stalls and sidewalk at old school house to meet building sidewalks newly installed by others; construct emergency vehicle access control gate to prevent vehicles accessing from Highway 97 at north end of property. Alternate A entails Old school House/Early Learning Facility ADA parking, curb, gutter, sidewalk, accessible curb-ramps and additional paving. Alternate B entails Early Learning Facility bus drop-off, pedestrian refuge island, curb, gutter, sidewalk, accessible curb-ramps and additional parking. Alternate C: Additional paving.
