Sealed bids are being solicited for the Claire's Corner Fuel Mart Re-Paving Project at 321 West Street, Caldwell, Ohio. Following the successful remediation of soil contamination associated with previously removed underground storage tanks, the project site must be restored to its pre-project surface condition. The selected contractor will remove the necessary depth of existing gravel, compact the remaining gravel base, and install concrete pavement to match the prior site conditions and surrounding elevations. Project coordination, observation, and documentation will be provided by SME.
