The Adams County Board of Commissioners seeks proposals from qualified professional firms to provide floodplain administration and permitting services for the unincorporated areas of Adams County, Ohio. The selected firm will help the County meet responsibilities under the National Flood Insurance Program, FEMA and Ohio Department of Natural Resources requirements, Ohio law, and the County’s flood damage prevention regulations.
