Services of an independent Certified Public Accounting firm to perform a financial and compliance audit of the Owner in accordance with the provisions of OMB Circular A-133/Uniform Grant Guidance, the Single Audit Act of 1984, the Single Audit Act Amendments of 1996, Generally Accepted Auditing Standards, Government Auditing Standards, and applicable Federal, State, or Tribal laws and regulations.
