Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on October 9, 2026 at 9:00 am located at the Community Enhancement Division-499 Glenn Rogers Sr. St. Memphis, TN 38111.
The Pre-Proposal Conference will begin promptly at the date and time specified in this RFP. A ten (10) minute grace period will be allowed following the scheduled start time. At the conclusion of the ten (10) minute grace period, the doors will close, and no additional Respondents will be permitted to enter, sign the official attendance sheet, or participate in the conference.
Respondents arriving more than ten (10) minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered absent and will not have satisfied the mandatory attendance requirement. Any proposal submitted by a Respondent that did not satisfy the mandatory attendance requirement will be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered for evaluation or award.
Attendance will be verified by the City�s official sign-in sheet. Respondents are responsible for allowing sufficient time for travel, parking, security screening, and other potential delays to ensure timely arrival.
This requirement will be applied consistently to all prospective Respondents to ensure a fair and equitable solicitation process.
