Seeking qualified Social Enterprise (SE) organization(s) to enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide transitional or permanent employment and training services to a Transitional Workforce residing in Los Angeles County, which includes, but is not limited to, those under-employed or hard-to-employ persons that may be homeless, formerly incarcerated, or those who have faced significant barriers to employment. Social Enterprise organizations responding to this shall be involved in employing, training and developing skills for the County's target populations.
