This project generally includes the following work tasks: 1. Clear site including tree removal and grading. 2. Obtain required building permits (no local fee). 3. Construction of reinforced building footings, grade beam, and building anchor bolts. 4. Construction of concrete slab with stone base. 5. Procurement and construction of a 60’ x 60’ x 20’ (H) pre-fabricated, insulated steel structure. 6. Install electrical and heating systems, and relocate light pole. 7. Install 6" PVC roof drains and connect to building gutters with overflow "T"s. 8. Construct concrete curb, D.G.A. base course and H.M.A. surface courses for building driveways. Recycled D.G.A. is not permitted on this project. 9. Install chain-link fence with electric rolling gate and post & rail wood fencing. 10. Topsoil, seed, and straw mulch all disturbed areas. 11. Clean up the work zones to the satisfaction of the Engineer and the Municipal Water Department.

Remove deteriorated or damaged roofing components as necessary to prepare the roof deck for installation of the new roofing system.Install new dimensional-style asphalt shingles over the prepared roof deck. Install required roofing underlayment and ice-and-water protection in accordance with applicable building codes and manufacturer requirements. Install new roof flashing at applicable roof-to-wall, penetration, transition, and other flashing locations. Replace deteriorated or damaged plywood/roof sheathing as needed. Replacement sheathing to be charged as an additional cost if not included in the base bid. Provide standard roof manufacture warranty. See attached file.
