Roof Replacement at Sports Room Building RFP

Description: Remove and properly dispose of the existing shingle roofing system. Remove deteriorated or damaged roofing components as necessary to prepare the roof deck for installation of the new roofing system.Install new dimensional-style asphalt shingles over the prepared roof deck. Install required roofing underlayment and ice-and-water protection in accordance with applicable building codes and manufacturer requirements. Install new roof flashing at applicable roof-to-wall, penetration, transition, and other flashing locations. Replace deteriorated or damaged plywood/roof sheathing as needed. Replacement sheathing to be charged as an additional cost if not included in the base bid. Provide standard roof manufacture warranty. See attached file.
