Local Time, December 17, 2026 , for the JORDAN CREEK GREENWAY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT . A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site – 4935 Orchard Road, Schnecksville, PA 18078 on November 25, 2026, commencing at 10:00 A.M. Bid Submission: One (1) complete original and one (1) complete electronic copy (on a CD, flash drive or other generally accepted media) of your bid shall be delivered to the Office of the Lehigh County Controller, Mark Pinsley, Room 465 of the Government Center, 17 S. Seventh Street, Allentown, PA 18101 , enclosed and sealed in an opaque envelope, addressed to him and marked in oversized lettering, "Bid #26-006 for the JORDAN CREEK GREENWAY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT ", according to this "Invitation to Bid". Questions: All questions and/or clarification requests shall be submitted to the contact listed in the bid document. Questions raised after the cut-off will remain unanswered. Questions will be answered in writing, via an Addendum posted to the Public Purchase website as soon as practical after the cutoff and no later than 4:00 P.M., December 9, 2026 .
