This plan outlines how Jamestown Public Schools will allocate the $9,459,295 increase in Foundation Aid for the 2023-24 school year to address student performance and needs. Key initiatives include establishing student support centers for literacy and math, addressing learning loss, providing access to a school-based health center, enhancing infrastructure, and expanding social-emotional support for students. The plan also accounts for annual and inflationary increases, other district-wide needs, and the continuation of essential operations and programming to sustain and improve student services.

This Instructional Technology Plan aims to provide students with high-quality, 21st-century learning experiences to prepare them for college, career, and life. Key priorities include ensuring all students and educators have access to digital tools and resources for personalized learning experiences, upgrading classroom technology and network infrastructure to maintain high standards of reliability and efficiency, and implementing a comprehensive professional development plan to build educator capacity in effective technology integration for personalized and culturally-responsive instruction.

This School Comprehensive Education Plan for 2023-24 outlines two key commitments. The first commitment focuses on building meaningful and trusting relationships among students, staff, and families, addressing challenges such as attendance, discipline, and social-emotional development. The second commitment aims to support students' academic needs through data-driven targeted interventions, particularly focusing on mitigating learning gaps in Math and ELA for all students, with a specific emphasis on ELL and Hispanic populations.
