Iredell County seeks a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to deliver an expansion and renovation of the Iredell County Hall of Justice, including a new ~65,000 SF facility and renovation of ~32,000 SF of existing space. The CMAR will provide preconstruction through closeout services, collaborate with the project designer on constructability and cost estimating, and ensure compliance with codes, ADA, and sustainability practices. An accelerated schedule is anticipated, and firms will be evaluated on qualifications, relevant experience, approach, and ability to meet the County’s goals and timeline.
