The Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation revealed it had possibly overspent its appropriation this fiscal year by millions of dollars. A supplemental appropriation for the agency was Advanced but quickly sent back to the committee after more information put the accuracy of the numbers into question. The agency provide services through vendors for handicapped individuals to be employed. The state wants to pay the bills it owes and the committee wants to make sure that these providers are paid for services that they have rendered what is unclear right now is what exactly is owed for services rendered and what what isn't.
