Project scope consists of parking lot design, land clearing & grading, construction, paving, fencing and landscaping to match the existing finish of the building. This also includes ensuring that appropriate design for grading is done to ensure adequate drainage. The approx size of the parking lot is 20,000 SF. This project will include the installation of fencing, gates, and extension of existing sidewalks to service the new parking lot.
