To provide program administration, project management, grant administration, technical assistance, and compliance support services for the DRI Small Projects Fund (the “Program”). HCIDA is the Local Program Administrator (“LPA”) and lead administrator. HCIDA will retain overall responsibility for program administration, financial management, project approvals, funding decisions, and compliance with the Housing Trust Fund Corporation (“HTFC”) and applicable State requirements.
