Provide a survey of the gaps on the substance use disorder and criminal justice systems in context of the opioid use disorder epidemic. Produce an analysis examining and outlining the gaps and needs in the opioid use disorder and criminal justice systems as they relate specifically to opioid addiction prevention, treatment and criminal justice system interventions. The analysis would be specific to Grays Harbor County, and it will aid in the development of a strategic plan to improve existing services, enhance coordination and collaboration with available resources, and to reduce/eliminate barriers that those currently suffering from opioid addiction face, as well as identify opportunities to improve services.
