To receive consideration for award, the quotation should be submitted on this form, signed in full in BLUE ink and received in the Purchasing Department to have a date/time stamp affixed on or before the date and time shown for the quotation opening. Prices shall be based on the units specified. Eastern WV Community & Technical College reserves the right to accept or reject quotations on each item separately or in whole, to reject any or all quotations, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to contract as the best interests of Eastern West Virginia Community & Technical College may require.
