Supply Ambient Mix Asphalt (AMA) liquid solution mixed 4:1 and apply multiple shots with metered distributor truck for a total of 2.0 gal/yd2 on owner provided asphalt millings placed in house with a paver. Solution must be an enginered emulsion that is environmentally safe and free of Volitile Organic Compounds (VOC). Daily production is estimated at .6 lane miles / day. #2. Supply AMA Concentrate ( Must be engineered emulsion that is enviromentally safe and VOC free) for owner pickup for Project #2 #3 Paving Machine proven to move and place asphalt millings at a minimum of 12 feet in width.Operation of paver will be performed by owner. Paver will be needed for 2 weeks total, one week for each project. #4. Vendor will provide onsite personell with experience and competency topical shot operations, AMA production practices as well as AMA application practices which will be included with the purchase and rentals for project #1. #5. Material quantities may be adjusted depending on bid results. #6. Asphalt millings ( Owner supplied and delivered to paver on project #1.) #7. Owner will provide all signs and traffic control.
