This Legislative Policy Statement outlines Eagle County's key policy principles and strategic priorities for 2026-2027, serving as a roadmap for resource allocation and service delivery. The plan focuses on three core areas: Pursuing Organizational Excellence to enhance customer experience and staff value; Promoting Thriving Communities by addressing housing, childhood care, healthcare access, human services, and public safety; and Protecting Our Mountain Ecosystem through efforts in climate protection, waste diversion, wildfire mitigation, and natural resource preservation.
