The City of Worcester Department of Public Works is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of three bridge structures within the city: June Street over Tatnuck Brook (Bridge No. W-44-003), Mower Street over Tatnuck Brook (Bridge No. W-44-001), and NE Cutoff over Poor Farm Brook (Bridge No. W-44-139). The work includes masonry arch, culvert, and concrete repairs; crack sealing and grout injection; spall repairs; slope stabilization and erosion control; sidewalk and pavement restoration; guardrail replacement; traffic management and pedestrian accommodations; and water control operations. Bidders must be prequalified by MassDOT in the Bridge - Construction category, with an estimated contract value of $395,848.09 and contract completion required by November 15, 2027.

The City of Boston Public Works Department is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for snow and ice clearing and salting services for municipal stairs and pedestrian footpaths in Areas A-E, on an as-needed basis during winter weather events. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to promptly respond to and maintain safe pedestrian pathways throughout the winter season. IFB documents became available on or about June 22, 2026, via the City of Boston's Supplier Portal, and sealed bids must be submitted by 11:00 A.M. EDT on July 9, 2026.
