All interior finishes have been removed, leaving bare plywood subfloors, wood studs and wood ceiling/roof framing. Some existing walls are of concrete and concrete masonry, selective demolition for the preparation of new work will include: remove existing utility stub-outs to former kitchen equipment ; remove existing windows.
