Purchase up to 16 computers and, also, two docking stations. This Request for Proposals is published pursuant to RCW 39.04.270. The most important evaluation factors are price and time, which factors are equally important. Typically, price would be the primary factor. However, time is of the essence because the to-be-replaced computers are running on the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system that Microsoft will cease supporting as of October 14, 2025. Thus, price and time are equally important factors. The city needs physical possession of all items ASAP and no later than September 23, 2025. The new computers need to be Windows 11 compatible (or higher) and compatible with the city's servers. The city specifies the following number of units, brand names and model numbers: (a) seven Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Gen 6 Ultra 5 225t, model # 13A40029US (or equivalent substitutes); (b) five Lenovo Think Pad T16 Gen 3, model # 21MN005MUS (or equivalent substitutes); and (c) four Panasonic Toughbook 55, model # FZ-55J2601BM (specific models only; substitutes will not be considered).
