Replace a crossing on meadows lane. Scope of project: Meadows Ln. - south of cul de sac - (6' x 6' x 6' boxes) new concrete bridge/crossing with 24' drive lane and 10' wing walls. Site prep - remove existing culverts dig for drainage elevation. Concrete boxes - install 3 - 6' x 6' x 6' concrete boxes, installation only (boxes are on site in pocola, they will need to be moved from park to Meadows Ln. ). Concrete wing wall - 6' x 10' x 12" with guard rails - 24' x 2' x 12". Option - concrete top flatwork option - 24' x24' x6" with #4 rebar on 2'x2' centers. Option - commercial base rock option - install 24'x24'x6" bridge top 1 1/2" commercial rock.
