The meeting will discuss and potentially take action on several items, including the purchase of a Ditch Witch HX30 Trailer Mounted Vac System for $81,550.00; the purchase and installation of a battery backup system for a stoplight for $10,200.00; and the purchase of wire and pipe for the Electric Department for $11,142.50. City Administrator and Trustee comments will also be included.

The council will discuss and potentially take action on several items, including adopting a resolution declaring April as Fair Housing Month, reviewing the city's investment policy, and ratifying a sanitation rate increase. Other agenda items include amending the city code to authorize third-party inspectors, approving an emergency clause for this ordinance, amending the code to add regulations on smoking in public places, and approving an emergency clause for this ordinance as well. The council will also consider a grant application for a dispatch processor, accepting an amendment to a real property sale contract, and hearing comments from the city administrator and council members.

Taylor; and city administrator and trustee comments.
