Work will take place on a storm system with active drainage within the pipe where temporary pipe plugging and bypass pumping are expected. To facilitate productive efforts to remove accumulated storm solids in the pipe, work shall take place during the dry weather season. The project includes video inspection of the storm system to evaluate the pipe cleaning work and overall conditions of the pipe.
