ELECTRICAL: Install new 100 amp panel and GFCI outlets in kitchen and bathroom. Replace sub-panel and label. Check ALL outlets in the house for proper grounding, and repair/replace as needed. Replace all receptacle covers. This project includes removing the existing heaters and swamp cooler, sealing penetrations, and installing a new mini-split system in the room behind the kitchen.
