The City of Dublin's two-year strategic plan, adopted for Fiscal Years 2026-27 and 2027-28, is designed to promote a high quality of life, ensure safety and sustainability, foster opportunities, and champion equity and inclusion. The plan is structured around eight key priorities: Public Safety, Health and Welfare; Fiscal Sustainability; Technology Innovation; Housing Affordability; City Infrastructure; Downtown Dublin; Fallon East Economic Development Zone; and Enhanced Customer Experience. The vision is to make Dublin a great community to live, work, and raise a family, guided by values including business support, customer service, diversity, environmental sustainability, equity, fiscal transparency, historical preservation, inclusivity, innovation, active lifestyles, and safety.
