The City of Dublin's two-year strategic plan, adopted for Fiscal Years 2026-27 and 2027-28, is designed to promote a high quality of life, ensure safety and sustainability, foster opportunities, and champion equity and inclusion. The plan is structured around eight key priorities: Public Safety, Health and Welfare; Fiscal Sustainability; Technology Innovation; Housing Affordability; City Infrastructure; Downtown Dublin; Fallon East Economic Development Zone; and Enhanced Customer Experience.
