Sole Source: If sale is less than $50,000, use sole source.
Coops: Lead with a cooperative purchase (OMNIA Partners, Sourcewell, or a Florida-based coop).
Citrus County School District, FL strongly prefers competitive procurement. There is no evidence of sole source awards over the $50,000 threshold; treat sole source as non-viable for larger purchases.
