Sealcoat approx. 24,000 SF of driveway and parking area(s). All existing potholes and cracks over 1/4 of an inch should be filled in with a Cold Patch, Perma Patch mixture, or similar product prior to sealcoating. After patching and sealcoating are complete the existing asphalt will need to be restriped for parking spaces, marked for Fire Lanes, H/C accessible parking spots, reserved areas, and No Parking areas. Standard parking stalls shall be single stripe and spaced evenly. All accessible parking stalls shall be single stripe and of appropriate width. Pavement markings for parking spots, No Parking, and reserved spaces shall be white non-reflectorized traffic paint. Parking space lines shall be 6" wide, straight, with sharp corners and clean edges. Pavement markings for Fire Lanes and corresponding curb shall be painted Fire Yellow.
