Description: The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is soliciting Statements of Qualification from qualified firms to provide architectural, design, and engineering services on an on-call, as-needed task-order basis under a General Engineering Contract. Services may include feasibility studies, asset inspections, condition assessments, life-cycle cost analyses, value engineering, permitting assessments, project scoping, preliminary engineering, conceptual and pre-design services, and asset-management planning. The solicitation supports capital planning and the transition to design and construction for a broad range of transportation infrastructure and facility projects.
