Description: The Department of the Interior, on behalf of the National Park Service, is soliciting a 100% small-business, firm-fixed-price contract under solicitation 140P4226Q0036 to restripe and newly lay out pavement markings at multiple parking lots and crosswalks throughout Fredericksburg & Spotsylvania National Military Park in Virginia. The base requirement covers six parking lots, with optional, funding-dependent work covering additional lots and crosswalks, and performance is approximately 90 days after notice to proceed under FHWA FP-24 and VDOT standards. Offers are due August 31, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. MDT, and evaluation will use the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process.
